咋样去减肥？？？
白领可以用的健康减肥操,希望对你会有帮助~我平时做操的同事,还有喝NE减肥茶,我觉得效果挺好的~
L简易操
每周3次， 3种动作，每天至少做60下、一个月就可以看出成效。
伸展拉腿操
上身往下压， 双腿尽量张开，维持5分钟，可拉长大腿线条。
踩脚踏车操
正确的动作是将臀、背部与双腿抬起，与床面垂直，双腿交替做踩脚踏车动作。
侧面抬腿操
身体侧躺在床上，换边再做，单脚慢慢向上举高。
抱枕塑大腿
将软抱枕夹在大腿间，吐气时双腿用力往中间压，可雕塑大腿曲线。
纸盒瘦小腹
将面纸盒夹在双膝间，坐在椅子前1/3部位，双手扶住椅子，腹部用力，将双腿慢慢提起，可雕塑腿与腹部线条。
抬腿消水肿
把臀部抵到墙边，让上半身与墙面垂直，把双腿往墙上挂。腿部上提的同时，还可以将双腿左右交叉摆动，做剪刀脚、敷面膜、看杂志吸收资讯，每次
15分钟，做到脚麻为止。
按摩消萝卜
每次大量运动或走路过后，一定要按摩揉捏小腿肌肉，至少5分钟，千万不能偷懒，否则等肌肉变硬、形成萝卜腿就没救了。
后翻塑线条
柔软度很好的吴玟萱，常在床上利用瑜伽的后翻动作，伸展大腿后侧线条，每次维持3分钟。但要注意做这个动作前，先要让背部充分伸展，以免拉伤。
