英国著名的科学家——牛顿是一个伟大的人。他一生中获得了许多成就。他那常思考，勤劳动的精神令我感动。下面，让我来为你讲讲牛顿发现万有引力的故事吧！
有一天傍晚，沉思中的牛顿下意识地向后院的苹果园走去。园子里，苹果树上挂满了成熟的苹果，空气中充满着沁人心脾的果香，对此,牛顿全然不觉。
突然，“ 吧嗒” 一声，树上的一个熟透了的苹果被风吹落在地上。牛顿的思路一跳：咦!苹果为什么不往天上掉?难道是地球的引力在吸引着它?牛顿立即进行了联想，并推而广之。他认为地球吸引苹果的力和地球使月球围绕自己转动的力，以及太阳使行星围绕自己转动的力，都是相同的。
最终，他得出了地心引力,人们又把它叫做“万有引力”。
从科学家牛顿发现万有引力的故事中，我想到了：牛顿之所以能发现万有引力，是因为他不仅有远大的志向，还细心观察生活中的细节，善于思考问题，动脑筋，而且还有长期坚持不懈的努力。和牛顿相比，我感到十分惭愧。当我在学习上遇到疑难问题时，总是选择“不理睬”的态度，不假思索的写几个字草草了事。比如有一次，我在电脑上查资料时发现了一个字“钚”，这个字我不认识，可我又懒得查字典、电脑，于是就按读半边的方法读成了“不”。当老师提问的时候，同学们都对我提出了质疑，我感到很难为情。
周恩来总理说过:“世上无难事,只怕有心人”。我们应该做一个善于观察身边的事物，勤于用脑思考，有一种“打破沙锅问到底”的精神的人。从今以后，我一定要改掉以前的坏习惯，做一个善于观察，勤于思考，不耻下问的好学生，只要我做到了，成功一定是属于我的。
